I am an Akron based Loctician specializing in the health and richness of Locs and enhancing essence of your aura. I am honored that you've found yourself here. Before booking, here's a few Need To Know's that will help us both achieve the richest experience possible. •Deposits are required on *most services and do go towards your service total. •All Loc Retwists include a Wash. Clean Hair and Scalp is the key to healthy hair. •Unfortunately, I do not service Wicks, MicroLocs or SisterLocs at the moment. •If you are feeling under the weather, please do let me know as soon as possible as I'd like to get you rescheduled in a timely matter that fits both of our schedules. •The "Grace Period" for appointments is 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. •No Call/No Shows will result in a full service charge to your card. If there is not card on file, the balance must be paid before rescheduling. •Special Requests., services not listed on my website, or services outside of business hours are subject to price increase.

Cancellation Policy

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. The Rich Room has a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify The Rich Room at (404) 906-5285 or therichroomsalon@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
